Salt spray corrosion test box cleaning method

Many salt spray test chamber users do not know how to clean, so there will always be such a failure, and will shorten the service life of the salt spray test chamber. To this end, the technical engineer has made the following summary in order to solve this problem:

1. At the end of each test, it is recommended to clean the salt spray test chamber (including: test room, salt water tank, pressure tank and sealed water tank) with clean water to keep the equipment clean.

2. During each test or at the end of the test, the solution of the measuring cup should be poured out and cleaned in time to avoid the accumulation of crystals in the salt solution and affect the calculation of the settlement.

3. When cleaning the cabinet, please pay attention to:

(1) After each test, the oil moisture filter switch should be turned on to illuminate the oil.

(2) If the test is not carried out for a long time, the water of the saturator should be discharged, and the water of the saturator should be replaced regularly during normal use.

(3) The air regulator valve is regularly checked for proper function.

(4) When not in use for a long time, restart the test and check all electrical systems.

(5) After the test is finished, the inside of the box should be cleaned and the test box should be kept in a dry environment.

(6) When the electrical components on the control panel need to be replaced, do not disassemble them yourself to ensure the service life of the test box.

(7) If the nozzle is clogged, the nozzle can be removed, washed with alcohol, xylene or 1:1 hydrochloric acid, or with ultra-fine steel wire, but the surface finish of the inner cavity of the nozzle should not be damaged, so as not to affect the spray quality.

Eye Shadow

Eye shadow can add depth and dimension to one's eyes, complement one's eye color, make one's eyes appear larger, or simply draw attention to the eyes. Eye shadow comes in many different colors and textures. It is usually made from a powder and mica, but can also be found in liquid, pencil, cream or mousse form. Just like other trends, eyeshadow looks also have trends.

Civilizations across the world use eye shadow predominantly on females but also occasionally on males. In Western society, it is seen as a feminine cosmetic, even when used by men. In Gothic fashion, black or similarly dark-colored eye shadow and other types of eye makeup are popular among both sexes. In India, eye liner, called Kohl, played a prominent role in various dance forms and ceremonies such as weddings.

Many people use eye shadow simply to improve their appearance, but it is also commonly used in theatre and other plays, to create a memorable look, with bright, bold colors. Depending on skin tone and experience, the effect of eye shadow usually brings out glamour and gains attention. The use of eye shadow attempts to replicate the natural eye shadow that some women exhibit due to a natural contrasting pigmentation on their eyelids. Natural eye shadow can range anywhere from a glossy shine to one's eyelids, to a pinkish tone, or even a silver look.
