(B), chiller exhaust pressure is too low

1. Overfilling of refrigerant: Excess refrigerants need to be eliminated according to standards;
2. At full load, a large amount of liquid refrigerant flows into the compressor: check and adjust the expansion valve and its temperature-sensing package;
(d) The suction pressure of chillers is too low
1, the condenser refrigerant liquid outlet valve is not fully open: the valve should be fully open;
2. Blocking of refrigerant filter: It is necessary to regularly clean or replace the filter;
3, improper adjustment of the expansion valve or failure: need to adjust the correct or troubleshooting, replace if necessary;
4. Insufficient refrigerant filling: it should be added to the specified amount;
5, excessive lubricant circulation in the chiller refrigeration system: the cause should be identified, reduced to the appropriate value;
6, the evaporator inlet temperature is too low: increase the inlet temperature set value;
7, lack of water through the evaporator: check the water pump, water valve;
(E), chiller compressors can not run
1. The overload protection is disconnected or the fuse of the control circuit is blown: check the reason, if there is a burnout, replace it;
